I believe it is a honor and privilege to be able to help and come alongside a person as they are going through a difficult time in their life. My goal is to provide a safe environment where a individual can come and share concerns, feelings and address issues that are impacting their life. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is of upmost importance to the client meeting their goals. Everyone has their own story to tell that involves their own personal experiences. This is why I believe the importance of looking at a persons life from when they were born to present day.
