Real Talk Therapy offers Counseling with therapists who offer a variety of expertise in evidenced based treatment methods. The center offers Cognitive Behavioral and other evidence-based interventions, concentrating in treatment for adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Therapy is offered virtually to people anywhere in New York State. We aim to provide break down Mental Health stigmas among marginalized populations. We do this by presenting our authentic selves through our own experiences and challenges. We grew up in an environment, in which mental health issues were rarely discussed, let alone addressed with professional help. "Why is hard for me to do things that for others appear simple? Is there something wrong with me?". These are the types of thoughts someone with anxiety, depression, and trauma often experience. How different things would have been in my life, had I understood the thoughts, feelings, and experiences I went through.
