The overachievers, the high-performers, the hardest workers in already high-pressure fields — no one might even guess they’re struggling. In their heads, though, it's a different story. They feel anxious, stressed, unfulfilled, and burnt out; they’re critical of themselves; they’re dealing with the very real challenges of this particular season of life. They doubt themselves more than most people who have achieved half of what they have.
