Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I honor that. With 17 years of experience, I work with individuals and couples on a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, identity exploration, body positivity, coping skills, work stressors, pregnancy, postpartum and fertility challenges, single parent by choice, parenting, dad's issues, grief, trauma, PTSD, as well as marital/ premarital concerns, infidelity, open relationships/non-monogamy, and communication issues. I also have extensive experience working with college students, perinatal women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
