As of January 2026, I have daytime appointments available for new clients. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, chronic health issues such as chronic pain, women's issues, grief counseling (death, divorce), stress, anger management, work-related issues, and life transitions. I am also interested in the mind-body connection and mindfulness. Currently, I only work with adult individuals and provide only telehealth services. I work between the hours of 8:00am-4:30 pm.
