I help clients build a foundation for lasting change by creating mindset shifts that lead to long-term resilience. I take a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach. I also offer adult ADHD and autism assessments, as well as general diagnostic evaluation. Most of my clients come to therapy thinking there's something wrong with them for feeling sad, scared, angry, and disconnected, but these feelings are natural, reactions to difficult situations. I don't think these clients are sick, but rather, trying to adapt to a broken world. I help my clients regain feelings of safety and connection.
