We all go through difficult times. We face more challenges today than ever with family, careers, relationships, and parenting. Therapy can be extremely helpful in learning new ways to cope with our complex lives and learn to live more fully. No one has to walk this journey alone. I don't have all the answers, but I would love to help you discover your own strengths and uniqueness and help you flourish. I graduated from Fresno Pacific University and completed my Master’s Degree at the Seminary. I would love to help you live your best life. I specialize in helping people work through grief and loss issues, loss of a child and infertility. I help address depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and parenting. I want to help you find out what is blocking your growth and set you on your path toward wholeness and joy.
