Hello. I believe that healing is always possible; I am grateful that I get to witness it in others' lives time and time again. I use a holistic approach, incorporating spiritual psychology, mind-body medicine practices, and somatic and parts work. I can help you address issues around relationships, families, trauma, loss and grief, and personal and spiritual growth. I do not believe that "everything happens for a reason", but do believe that positive things and beauty can arise out of the most tragic and traumatic situations. I work primarily with individuals, but also facilitate groups and retreats.
