I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in substance abuse, addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety to name a few. I have over 21 years of experience working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. We will do this through a variety of therapeutic approaches, personal discovery, and feedback. I am trained in providing Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Anger Management, and Harm Reduction to help facilitate change for those suffering from addiction, grief, self-esteem, and life changes.
