Henderson: Accepting new clients. My treatment is designed to foster self-esteem and self-identity in adolescents and adults. I encourage my clients to explore their potential, embrace their abilities, and understand and accept limitations. I focus on a compassionate, strength-based approach that empowers independence and individuality, and counters self-doubt based on inexperience or irrational fears, allowing clients to better cope with challenges, interpersonal conflict, and stress.
