Hi, nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have worked for over ten years providing individual and family therapy to clients of all ages and many diverse backgrounds. I am accepting clients 18+ for individual therapy. Together, you and I will develop realistic, attainable goals, which may include (but are not limited to) lessening anxiety or depression, developing positive communication skills, increasing self-esteem, processing difficult events, improving relationships, and generally working to be the healthiest version of yourself. You are both capable and worthy, and I'm simply here to help.
