I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Certified Play Therapist specializing in the care & well-being of children, teens & young adults. I use a multi-modal approach, which allows therapeutic techniques to be personalized to best suit each client's unique needs. Working in partnership with parents, I help children/teens to understand their feelings, thoughts & behaviors, in order to alleviate the psychological & emotional conditions that are causing behavioral problems &/or preventing them from reaching their full potential. Note: Telehealth sessions only available for age 12yrs+ In addition to my LMHC & Play Therapy certification, I hold certifications in Adoption Competency, Emotional Regulatory Healing & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MUSC). I also have a passion/talent for the creative arts (painting, crafts, dance, acting) which I use, along with my counseling skills, to forge therapeutic relationships.
