And I'll be with you every step of the way. My personal goal is to make you feel comfortable, empowered, and listened to. I hope you'll stick around! My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, queer-friendly, and just the slightest bit irreverent. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and identity issues, including queerness, life transitions, and shame. I understand the importance of having a validating, affirming space for you to just be yourself, and explore things.
