I’m Rebecca Beit-Aharon, a licensed mental health counselor with a background in art therapy and expressive therapies. I have 8 years of experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, racism, caregiving stress, grief, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I also provide a supportive therapeutic space to individuals exploring and embracing identities including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence. I provide person-centered therapy sessions in which individuals can feel seen and heard, developing safety and trust. In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will examine if there are any thoughts or behaviors that may have served you at one time but that have stopped serving you.
