My practice is centered around helping you heal from all forms of trauma and struggles, and provide therapy for adults, kids, couples and families. Healing is always possible for you, your relationships, and family members. With 21 years of experience and extensive training in evidence-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, attachment-focused and somatic therapy, my approach utilizes curiosity, creativity, a sense of humor, and most importantly compassion to help you discover these same resources within yourself and move towards healing. I offer in person sessions during the week and on Saturdays, as well as virtual. My specialty is trauma therapy for individuals of all ages, couples and families. I help people heal not only from what did happen that should have never happened, but also from what didn't happen that needed to happen, and a myriad of other sources of suffering which result in you feeling baffled, powerless, dejected, guilt-ridden, lost and anxious.
