Therapy is a journey. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I will walk and guide you to reach your full potential. While on that journey there will be opportunities to explore undiscovered areas that may be the root cause of presenting symptoms and behaviors. I’d like to assist you to process past events, unfold current triggering stimuli, and help you adapt positively to future situations by using EMDR therapy. It has been a fulfilling experience to work with a range of age populations and families for the past 13 years. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a EMDR Consultant in Training. EMDR therapy is offered to children, adolescents, and adults.
