Hi there, I'm Rebecca! My name is Rebecca Brasch. I’m a licensed mental health counselor licensed in Florida, Utah, Montana, Washington, and Idaho, with more coming soon. I’ve been a therapist for 11 years. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and diagnosis. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach. This allows me to use different theoretical approaches to best met your unique needs. I frequently pull techniques from cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior, acceptance and commitment, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness based cognitive therapies.
