Are you feeling anxious, depressed and overwhelmed? I am a certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating these difficult feelings. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My main objective with any client is to make them feel comfortable, and allow the therapy space to feel safe and honest. From there we can explore what treatment modality works best for you. Each client is different, and mindfulness, CBT, anxiety reducing techniques, trauma related approaches, and play therapy are all techniques I have used with various clients.
