I work out of an office in Newark, Delaware where I see folks in person as well as virtually . I provide services that fit both individuals as well as families. I work from a developmental lifespan approach since I have had a broad spectrum of training and experience throughout the over 30 years that I have been working directly with people across a wide range of practice settings and population groups. For me an ideal client is one who is seeking a personalized plan with a committed practitioner and values self awareness and their own growth. I work with children, teens, adults , families, couples.
