My name is Becca and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. Every individual is a unique being, and I consider all aspects of a person’s background, experiences, thoughts, culture, family, and relationships to better understand and support you. My approach to counseling is holistic, and I integrate multiple therapeutic techniques including person-centered, DBT, and CBT throughout the counseling process to fit your individual needs. I strive to facilitate a safe, open, non-judgmental and supportive environment.
