My name is Rebecca Cloud and as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my approach to therapy focuses on supporting clients in enhancing self-awareness, promoting personal growth, and fostering healthy choices and relationships. I aim to create a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to challenge negative thought patterns, and trauma-informed approaches to address past experiences.
