I have a passion for working in the counseling field and have dedicated my career to assisting individuals, couples, and families to live a happier, healthier and more balanced life. I have a great deal of experience in the counseling profession with an extensive background working with depression, bipolarity, anxiety, stress management, communication and life skills, healthy relationships, learning disabilities, ADD/ ADHD, addiction and substance abuse treatment and recovery and more. Additionally, I have facilitated groups in relapse prevention, healthy relationships, anger and emotion management, and problem solving.
