As a licensed psychotherapist and sex therapist, I’m here to guide and support you in finding healing and fulfillment. Whether you’re managing anxiety, work issues, family dynamics, or improving intimacy, I can help. I specialize in desire discrepancy, out-of-control sexual behavior, sexual pain, recovery from sexual assault, low sexual desire, erectile disorders, sexuality and cancer, and helping polyamorous couples build trust and connection. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to tell you that peace is possible and you aren’t alone. I use evidence-based treatments like psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, IFS, and the Gottman Method (Level 1 trained). I am AASECT certified and have completed the Chicago Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy Externship. My therapy is sexuality-informed, LGBTQIA+ welcoming, and affirming of all genders and couples, ensuring you feel respected and understood.
