Welcome to my profile! I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 7 years of experience in a variety of settings from substance abuse facilities to community-based mental health agencies to public schools. I predominately work with those caught in the harsh cycle of trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and/or substance use. Don't worry though; I have experience with a variety of additional concerns including (but not limited to) ADHD/ADD, relationship issues, family conflicts and dynamics, self-esteem/self-identity, suicidality and self-harm, panic attacks/Panic Disorder, OCD, and Military/Veteran/First responder issues
