Welcome! I have many years of experience treating a large variety of mental health concerns and I would love to share my experience with you. My focus is to the meet the needs of older children, adolescents, adults and their families by providing a comprehensive, holistic experience. Presenting issues include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, managing symptoms of A.D.H.D. and A.S.D. LGBTQ+ concerns and survivors and suicide and trauma. I use a variety of modalities including C.B.T, D.B.T, Psychotherapy, behavioral interventions and stress reduction techniques. I have years of experience and training working with people of all age with A.S.D, also helping to navigate their needs in the school systems as appropriate. I work with college students with a variety of needs and aid in advocating to see their mental health needs are met on campus.
