By fostering a collaborative relationship, I aim to empower you to gain insights into your challenges, develop new skills, and process your past in order to feel more grounded in your present and future. My clinical strengths include depression, adult ADHD, trauma, social anxiety, childhood sexual assault, as well as relational & transitional issues, including pregnancy and parenthood. She is knowledgeable in a wide range of techniques, including Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
