As an licensed professional counselor, I work with adults who are seeking greater balance, understanding, and support in their lives. I strive to offer a calm, respectful space where clients can explore emotional challenges, life transitions, and patterns that may be holding them back. In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer yoga therapy as a separate, complementary wellness service; providing a practice including gentle movement and breath, and often sound and meditation, designed to support overall well-being. It is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment and is offered at different times than counseling sessions.
