If you’re feeling lost, anxious, or dealing with the kind of stress that makes you want to scream into the void, I get it. Therapy isn’t about perfect answers or forced positivity. It’s about real conversations, unfiltered honesty, and having a space where you can say what’s actually on your mind (yes, including curse words). My goal is to help you navigate the chaos, to be real with you, and to remind you that you don’t have to do it alone. Life is weird, therapy doesn’t have to be. Let’s figure it out together.
