Taking the first step toward therapy is incredibly courageous. I welcome all populations, and I am committed to creating an inclusive, nonjudgemental environment for all. As a trauma informed therapist, I provide a safe place for us to talk about your experiences and work toward reducing anxiety, depression and other symptoms of PTSD. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent adults who identify with ADHD and ASD. Drawing from my experiences working as a behavior therapist, my clinical education and my personal experiences, I provide you with the tools you need to move forward and take control of your life.
