Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, that specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, and co-occuring mental health illnesses. I am currently working towards my certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), as well as my full certification for EMDR. My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with a space and counselor that is strengths based, safe, and judgement free to facilitate growth and change. I work with a wide variety of disorders including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and trauma to name a few.
