Therapy is a deeply personal experience of exploration, growth, and healing. For 20 years I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families in various healthcare settings. I have a special interest in working with young children, adolescents, and their parents; young adults transitioning to independent living; and adults interested in exploring their experiences of developmental trauma, life transitions, parenting, chronic illness, grief and loss, identity and spirituality. Our work may shift between being process oriented, experiential, and goal-driven to accommodate your changing needs and priorities.
