I help clients who want guidance and support in being their best selves. I help those who want to step into an open-ended, judgment free zone where we can troubleshoot, brainstorm, and give ourselves permission to feel. Clients who work with me want to do the work with someone who is real, encouraging, warm, and dedicated. I pride myself in helping those who are neurodivergent and feel like they can't connect with other therapists.
