Hi there! I’m Rebecca (she/her), a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, anxiety, grief, and relationship concerns. I work with individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, and the emotional weight that often accompanies major life changes.
