Being human is fucking hard. You want to feel better, you want to live more authentically but you feel stuck. Trapped in old patterns and relationships; maybe you see the way out but can't quite break through. You've tried talk therapy before with some success, but need to get to the next level in your healing journey. I offer psychedelic integration and trauma informed therapy to help you heal. We'll work together to learn to feel all of your feelings, and be fully human-in all the messiness and beauty that comes with being a person. I provide therapy to individuals seeking to live life on their terms, after defining what their terms for life are. We will talk about embracing fear and living in spite of it, instead of because of it. We'll work through numbness and feeling shut down to feel alive again.
