Currently offering in person/virtual in New Jersey, as well as virtual sessions for residents of Florida & Vermont. . . My goal is to create a safe space where everyone can feel heard, validated, and seen for and appreciated for who they are. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, and transitional issues. I love working with individuals who often feel misunderstood and need above all, to be taken seriously and understood at their word. It's only when you can feel really comfortable in your space that you can begin to reflect on what changes you are ready to make. I have extensive experience working with the LGBT community. Challenges for LGBT individuals & families can be far reaching, and it is my goal to allow space to explore and manage these. I also have a colorful history within the world of the performing arts. I know first-hand of the unique demands, and make myself available for an understanding perspective
