I work with people navigating depression, anxiety, relationship trauma, and challenging life transitions. I'm also trained in perinatal mental health and particularly enjoy supporting new parents through the complexities of early parenthood. I see myself as your partner in self-exploration, helping you build healthier relationships with yourself and others so you can live more authentically and in alignment with your values. I work especially well with women who've spent years being self-reliant and are now exploring what it might look like to ask for support or let others in.
