The work of growth and healing is sacred, challenging and beautiful work. Often, my clients come to me when they are at the edge of something scary, painful or confusing. Maybe they are exhausted from their own efforts, physically broken down, seeing their pain leak out into relationships or school or jobs, and they know they need help. They know there's something more to life, that it's not supposed to be this hard. They don't feel whole, stable or capable of achieving the kind of life they know should be within their grasp.
