With over 40 years of experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients. At the heart of my work is building a safe, trusting relationship, which I believe is the foundation for meaningful change. I'll aim to offer support, education, and practical tools, while also creating space for deeper healing when appropriate. I work primarily with adults and couples on a broad spectrum of issues and value therapy as a collaborative process in which both client and therapist learn and grow.
