Hi there! I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and six years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults. I believe that many of the challenges we face, like anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, often have roots in early unresolved stress or trauma. My approach is all about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported as we work together to uncover and heal those deeper wounds. I am rooted in attachment-based theory and person-centered in my style, using a mix of trauma-informed approaches including play and art-based interventions, as well as EMDR.
