I'm Rebecca Hardt, a Licensed Marriage and family therapist specializing in Perinatal Mental Health. My clinical background includes working with adolescents, couples, and individuals. I have supported active duty and veteran military personnel and their families, and my new focus is working with persons who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, in the postpartum period, or have loss related to parenting or childbearing issues. My approach is strengths-based and from an empowered focus. I work collaboratively with clients as they uncover feelings, examine thoughts, and modify behavior to become whole in new ways.
