Hello! I'm Rebecca. Do you feel drained or overwhelmed with life at times? If you do, you are not alone. Today, so many typical human experiences have become overwhelming. Our world is much different and it is hard to keep up. Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationships, or substance use disorder, I would like to walk along the path with you.
