Caring 4 Hearts Counseling welcomes the brokenhearted struggling with mental health challenges and who are READY for change! For it is through the pain of change that we discover and experience growth in our lives. As a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), I bring a unique perspective to therapy by integrating both psychological principles and Christian faith into my work. I believe that healing is most effective when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. By combining evidence-based therapeutic techniques with spiritual wisdom, I guide individuals on a journey of holistic healing and personal growth.
