Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. In our work together, I offer a supportive, collaborative space to better understand how past experiences, thoughts, and emotions shape present-day struggles. I use evidence-based, relational, and skills-focused approaches to help clients build emotional awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
