I am currently not taking new clients. My clients often are referred to me for Anxiety/Depression, PTSD/Trauma, ADHD, Bi-Polar, and relationship issues. Goals include healing triggers from past trauma, establishing boundaries with loved ones, managing life stressors, and to explore self-worth and confidence. My clients want an open door where they feel comfortable talking without repercussions, judgement, and criticism.
