My ideal client feels stuck, overhwelmed, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, trauma, or adjusting to changes in life. They may be naviagting difficult emotions, relationship conflict, or past experiences that impact daily life. My ideal client is looking for a safe, non judgmental space to better understand themselves, build coping sills, and form healthier relationships. Their goals include feeling more resilient, grounded, and confident and having increased clarity. They want a therapist who is warm, collaborative, and supportive while also encouraging growth.
