Do you question what is your purpose in life? I am a firm believer that the foundation of a satisfying and meaningful life is human connection. Although, it is deeply challenging to find connection when you are held back by fears, anxiety, stress, low-self esteem and other mental health struggles. I want to reassure you that these difficulties are more common than you may think. These challenges, although stressful and at times painful, are necessary to our experience and growth.
