Hello! I am happy that you're here and considering working with me! The therapeutic relationship is the groundwork for success. My work is focused on individuals, predominantly adolescents and adults, from many diverse backgrounds. My goal is to provide you with a nonjudgemental supportive environment while helping you navigate change within your life. Our work together can focus on many different things such as improving relationships, trauma, grief, life changes, depression, and anxiety. I am focused on a compassionate, welcoming, and healing space for you. My hope is to provide a safe place for us to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. We will work together to set achievable goals for our work. Together I hope that we can provide positive change, bringing you a new sense of self and empowerment.
