My clients are the champions of their own lives. It is an honor and a privilege to witness clients grow, heal, and establish better relationships. I have specialized training in how to help people manage and overcome obsessive compulsive disorder and in how to help people resolve marital/couple problems. I also do focused work in helping clients navigate gender identity issues, and sexual identity issues. I am LGBTQ friendly and kink friendly. I have a lot of practical experience helping people with anxiety disorders, obsessive behaviors, mood disorders, and general "how to be a grown up" struggles.
