You might look like you have it all together on the outside—but inside, it feels like you’re constantly battling with unbearable pressure, never feeling quite “good enough.” Many of my clients find themselves feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, or struggling with trauma, their relationship with food and body, or low self-esteem. Specializing in complex trauma and eating disorders, I work primarily with young adults who are curious to understand themselves more deeply and create a life that feels more balanced and integrated. My approach is grounded in the mind-body connection, and we will practice techniques rooted Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic interventions. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that have helped you survive and begin to gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
