I take a strength-based, collaborative approach to enhance an individual's sense of worth, vitality and efficacy and build healthy, gratifying relationships. My approach is integrative, exploring the psychological factors that contribute to distress while offering practical, logical strategies to restore balance, meaning and strength in a gentle, non-threatening environment.
